The TITAN is a complete recall system designed for seamless integration with your analog equipment. It extends the standard 500 series connector with additional pins, enabling modules to support digital recall and other vendor-specific functionalities. This innovation is part of the new open standard ng500 — Next Generation 500 series — allowing other manufacturers to design digitally controlled analog devices.
Main Features:
- 10 slots for 500-series or ng500-series modules.
- High-end linear power supply capable of delivering 5A of power.
- Stereo links integrated with modules.
- Control/recall all modules through a single connection.
- Internal stereo link switches for streamlined setup.
- Open specification for future compatibility.
- Remote firmware upgrades.
- Remotely controlled stereo links for convenience.
- IAC (Internal Audio Connector) for near wire-free operation.
High End Linear Power Supply
The linear power supply, capable of delivering 5A of power, will elevate the performance of your units to the next level!
10 Slots for 500-Series or ng500-Series Modules
TITAN can host standard 500 series modules (see Important Note below). It is designed to recall up to 10 units using a single USB or Ethernet connection for seamless integration.
Control All Modules Through One Connection!
TITAN allows you to control and recall all hosted modules through a single connection:
1) USB – For a direct connection to your workstation.
2) Ethernet – A dedicated LAN connection to access all devices across your local network.
Open Specification
TITAN is part of an open specification, offering comprehensive documentation and dedicated software frameworks (including high-level API and firmware drivers) that can be freely shared with other vendors.
Remotely Controlled Stereo Links
TITAN offers a simple standalone application to easily manage the status of stereo links between modules. Say goodbye to the hassle of configuring your chassis manually — everything can now be done effortlessly!
I.A.C. – Internal Audio Connector
At slot 10, TITAN features a special connector that routes all audio signals to and from slots 1 through 8. This allows for future integration with audio interface modules, analog summing modules, or patchbays.
The input source for each slot is managed through analog relays and can be configured using the standalone application. This setup prevents two different signal sources from being routed to the same module, ensuring clean and efficient signal management.
