BIG BEAR SOUND use DPD Ireland as our preferred delivery partner.
Standard next day delivery (32 counties Ireland) for in-stock products on orders placed before midday.
Same day delivery is only available in the Greater Dublin area, for in-stock products on orders placed before midday.
All deliveries are subject to a minimum delivery charge of €12.95.
BIG BEAR SOUND does not currently ship outside of the island of Ireland through our webstore. Please contact us on info@bigbearsound.com if you are looking to place an order from outside of Ireland.
Weight Limits
Orders over 30kg will be subject to an additional delivery charge which will be confirmed at checkout.
Can I Provide Delivery Instructions For My Order
We are unable to pass special instructions to our couriers, but as long as you have provided an email address and mobile contact telephone number at the checkout, our couriers will notify you directly. This information will be in the form of Predict Notifications from our courier DPD.
We strongly encourage you to engage with this correspondence, as customers that do so will have access to various delivery options for their convenience and can also add any special instructions directly with the courier.

Save yourself time by using one of DPD Ireland Pickup Points, usually your local convenience store or garage.
DPD’s Pickup Points offer great flexibility – they’re open early until late, seven days a week. There are almost 600 Pickup Points throughout Ireland – look out for the DPD Pickup sticker in the window or check out their locations below.
