This expansion for EZmix 3 was envisioned as a looking glass or sonic mosaic through which everything appears bent, skewed or twisted. It includes dedicated settings for guitars, synths, drums, bass and more, all featuring various amounts of saturation, lo-fi-esque noise, pitch, distortion, LFOs as well as ambience effects like heavily treated reverbs and delays.
If you’re a songwriter who likes to experiment with sound as part of your artistic process, see this as an anything-goes palette of all-new and never-before-used colours of sound. At the drop of a hat, you can transform a run-of-the-mill guitar take into a fluttering and ambient wall of sound, take your synths from stock to convex, throbbing and absolutely dwindling textures or apply a random setting to any odd instrument and morph it way beyond recognition.
