- Qualifying institutions like Universities, Music-Schools and Training Institutes for cinema, music, A/V reality and media.
- Teachers, Staff, and currently enrolled Students.
- Sound Particles reserves the right to request a proof of current educational status or additional evidence.
- Education purchases are bound to:
- One licence of each plugin/bundle per person for individuals.
- One licence of each plugin/bundle per seat for institutions.
- Educational licenses are non-transferable.
- Products marked as EDU (educational) may only be used by the authorized institution, their teachers, staff, and students. They can be used for commercial purposes, except Sound Particles 2 Indie.
- EDU versions are not allowed to be resold or distributed in any way.
- Products are delivered electronically.
- Upon purchase, your software license(s) will be deposited into your account’s downloads area along with your product downloads.
- You can purchase the EDU-ALL package, giving access to all - at the purchase date - Sound Particles' products.
- By placing your order, you agree to our license agreement and our terms & conditions.
- Sound Particles reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice at our discretion.

AudioMatrix is a channel routing plugin, allowing users to easily reroute any input to any output. Either using regular connections or special gain values (-3 dB, -6 dB, or custom values), with or without polarity changes, AudioMatrix offers you a flexible way to change connections. With support for up to 64 channels of audio, AudioMatrix is the tool that any sound professional should have in their toolset, either working in stereo, surround or immersive.

Some use cases:
- Speaker Array Management: create speaker arrays to reproduce 5.1 audio in a 7.1 studio, using all surround speakers and with the right levels.
- Bring to Center: temporarily send any signal to the centre channel, for easier fine tune when working with immersive sounds.
- Middle-Side conversion: Convert stereo to Mid-Side (and back to stereo), for additional flexibility in terms of stereo FX processing.
- Mirror: flip your sounds left ↔ right for a better fit with the image, from stereo to complex 7.1.2 soundscapes.
- Big Mono: transform your immersive audio into a big mono sound in the blink of an eye, or create custom mono sounds controlling the contribution of each channel.
- LFE Control: control LFE level independently of all remaining channels.
- Send to the Sub-Woofer: gather audio from all channels into the sub-woofer, if you don’t have a bass management system.
- Basic Upmixing/Downmixing: fast way to upmix or downmix something, controlling the contribution of each channel.
- Format conversion: working with different 5.1 formats? Simply convert from 5.1 Film to 5.1 SMPTE by changing channel ordering.

Sound Particles believe in people and their integrity. As such, they will give access to Sound Particles v.2.1.2 with full capabilities and unlimited time. We hope this will allow you to fully explore the power of their software, before committing to a paying subscription or Perpetual license.
Use the demo version to test the world of Sound Particles. This version has all the features, but the exported audio is limited to a bit depth of 15 bits and contains a watermark when the audio is spectrally analyzed. Trial versions cannot be used neither on commercial nor public projects.
