The M2Ra Digital IEM Receiver is an improved compact, rugged body-worn stereo digital receiver providing high quality sound for performers or any professionals needing to monitor detailed audio wirelessly. The M2Ra employs advanced antenna diversity switching during digital packet headers for seamless audio. The receiver uses digital modulation and covers 144 or 155 MHz (depending on version) of spectrum in the UHF band.

The M2Ra employs 2-way IR sync, so data from the receiver can be exchanged with DCHT and M2T transmitters. With the M2T, the M2Ra is part of the Duet system which can be managed by Wireless Designer™ Software. This way, frequency planning and coordination can be done quickly and confidently with on-site RF information. Housings and panels are made of machined aluminium with hard-anodised finishes with laser etched marking for durability, yet they are lightweight and sleek in order to be light weight. The M2Ra features a user-friendly interface with a high-resolution, backlit, colour LCD and membrane switches. The M2Ra runs for 7 hours on two lithium AA batteries.

The successor to the M2R with improved:

  • IP3 performance
  • P47 protection on the headphone jack
  • Encrypted (256-bit encryption - AES 256-CTR) and non-encrypted operation under one firmware version
  • IFB compatibility mode
  • Addition of D2 and HDM compatibility modes
  • Black anodised finish for low visual profile
