On-camera microphone:
The VideoMic GO II is an ultra-lightweight and versatile shotgun microphone for capturing incredible audio with a camera. In addition to being incredibly compact and lightweight, the VideoMic GO II is super simple to use and requires no batteries to operate (running on plug-in power provided by your camera).
USB microphone with built-in DSP:
The versatile connectivity of the VideoMic GO II allows full functionality as a USB microphone, where the 3.5mm output will act as a powerful headphone output. When used with RØDE Connect, up to four microphones to be plugged into one computer with optimised DSP — compressor, noise gate and the legendary Aural Exciter and Big Bottom.
Compatibility with mobile devices:
Connection through the USB-C output is certified for direct use with iOS and Android devices, when connected to RØDE Central & Reporter, you can unlock additional features in the microphone such as a high-pass filter, -20dB pad and a windshield compensation.
