Car/Walking

From Christchurch Cathedral:

Head south on Nicholas St (N81), towards St. Patrick's Cathedral.
At St. Patrick's Cathedral, turn right onto Dean St (R110)
Take the 2nd left onto Cork St. (R110) at Patrick Massey's Funeral Home
Take the first left onto Brabazon Row, (just before traffic light).
Turn left onto Newmarket.
Take the next left at the modern redbrick apartment building ("NPHTA" sign) .
BIG BEAR SOUND is located on the cul-de-sac to the left of this building.

From Harold's Cross Bridge (towards City Centre):

Continue north, straight through at Leonard's Corner, along Clanbrassil St. (N81)
After approx 500m, turn left at FastFit garage onto Malpas St.
At end of Malpas St, turn right onto BlackPitts.
Continue through crossroads onto Ward's Hill (cobblestones), and then onto Newmarket.
As you enter Newmarket, you should see a modern redbrick apartment building directly in front ("NPHTA" sign) – BIG BEAR SOUND is located on the cul-de-sac to the left of this building.

From N7 / M50 (Junction 9):

Head northeast on Naas Road (N7) toward City Centre.
After approx 700m, keep left, and follow the road around to the right for Crumlin / Longmile Road (R110)
Continue along Longmile Rd, through Drimnagh, Crumlin, Dolphin's Barn and onto Cork St. (approx 5km altogether, R110).
Approx 800m past the Coombe Hospital (right hand side), turn right onto Ardee St.
Take the first left onto Newmarket.
Continue straight on and turn left at the modern redbrick apartment building ("NPHTA" sign) .
BIG BEAR SOUND is located on the cul-de-sac to the left of this building.

From St. Stephen's Green:

Head west on Cuffe St (R110, at south-west corner of Stephen's Green, O'Callaghan Hotel))
Continue straight onto Lower Kevin St.
Continue straight onto Upper Kevin St.
Continue straight onto Dean St.
Take the 2nd left onto Cork St. (R110) at Patrick Massey's Funeral Home
Take the first left onto Brabazon Row, (just before traffic light).
Turn left onto Newmarket.
Take the next left at the modern redbrick apartment building ("NPHTA" sign) .
BIG BEAR SOUND is located on the cul-de-sac to the left of this building.
