This acquisition, announced in late May 2025, brings together two prominent names in the audio industry, with Sound Devices now expanding its product line to include high-quality in-ear monitoring solutions. JH Audio, based in Orlando, Florida, is known for its custom-moulded in-ear monitors used by musicians and audio professionals. The deal is part of a larger trend of consolidation within the pro audio market, with Sound Devices itself having been acquired by the Audiotonix Group in October 2021
